Stephanie is a fantastic realtor. I was a first time homebuyer and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Stephanie helped me understand the market and what to expect as far as pricing. She helped me stay relaxed while working with an extremely difficult Seller. She helped me every step of the way and made sure I did everything I could to get a great deal on a house. That being said.... I am currently typing this in my new house. I initially was going to look at a house with Stephanie, but she showed me something similar and I fell in love with it.
